Peter Fox is a pretty popular German hiphop artist. He has already won three Echo awards ( = the most important German music award).

flutterknife:

Alles Neu - Peter Fox

This is fully a quarter the music I listened to this week; it’s goddamn catchy.

Also, his white dancing is not complicated nor stupid looking, possibly due to the business suit, cleaver, and cellos. Mainly the cleaver. (English Translation)

I think this is hilarious. This is a commercial for “Oktoberfest” weeks at Whole Foods. Listen to Hans and his description the German sausages which are sold. I love the way he says “Wurst” LOL - he says “Wurscht”.

This is an interesting video about a group of learners of the German language visiting the Oktoberfest in Munich.

What Johnny Depp can say in German is….

“Mein Vater ist ein Stierkämpfer”. (My father is a torrero)

“Ich bin eine Wassermelone.” (I’m a watermelon.)

ROFL!!!!! His accent is pretty decent though!

Leonardo DiCaprio can speak some German, too!

“Meine Oma ist von einer kleinen Stadt, 2 Stunden weg von Düsseldorf”. (My grandmother comes from a small town, 2 hours from Düsseldorf). (the first “von” is actually wrong. Correct would be “aus”)

“Spätzle mit Wiener Schnitzel.” (I don’t have to translate this, right?) ;)
