Sometimes traditional things need to happen. Whether it’s celebrations, customs or food. And today I was in the need for some German food: Bratwürstchen mit Sauerkraut und Kartoffelbrei. Little brats (Nürnberger Bratwürstchen :)) with sourkraut and mashed potatoes.
