10 months ago, I wrote a post about “Das Jugendwort des Jahres” and explained what it is about - so take a read :)

And now it’s time again to vote for your favourite “teenager word”! I’m now trying to decide which one I like best, but there are so many funny ones, that I cannot make a decision. My current top 3 are:

1. Nippelwetter; translates to: nipple weather and means: cold, rainy weather

2. flatratelabern; translates to: (to) flat rate babble and means: (to) talk non-stop

3. Klappkaribik; translates to: folding Carribean and means: tanning bed

As you can see, some of the words are a mix between German and English, so-called Denglish which is very typical for teenager language. In case you understand or even know some of those words - which one’s your favourite?
