I’ve been to Cologne (Köln [ˈkœln] in German) a couple of times (business). But I haven’t had the chance yet to visit and explore it as a tourist. So I cannot tell you much about it. This is Cologne’s landmark: The cathedral called “Der Kölner Dom”. It’s pretty big and impressive. Cologne is also known for being one of Germany’s media cities. Some of the most important German tv channels produce their shows and have their headquarters there. There’s also an annual large comedy festival which is well-known.
