Don’t be nervous! I’m sure you’ll be doing fine. German is a difficult language, however, English and German are both Germanic languages and come from the same roots. Every once in a while you’ll notice some similarities. You’re also used to learning languages and know how to do it, so I’m sure you’ll figure German out, too :)

I’ve never heard of Verden before. I looked it up online and saw it’s in the North of Germany. :)
