Die Antwort ist ziemlich schwierig zu finden weil das Wort "one" viele verschiedene Definitionen hat.

“Was für ein Fahrrad hast du?” (What kind of bike do you have?) “Ein hässliches.”
one (not the digit) = ein (for masculine and neuter nouns) and eine (for feminine nouns).
one (the digit) = eins
