blueberriesmakemytumtumgoyumyum asked: Hey there =] I've been reading your.. blog, thing, whatever you call this awesomeness, and I have a question. I currently go to online school, and the only language courses they have are french and spanish.. ugh. Is there any German learning software, book, or *something* relatively cheap that isn't tied into school that you know of? I've been interested in learning for a while now, and I've caught a few words and phrases from music. I love the rythym and melody, but I haven't got a clue what some of the artists I listen to are saying until I find the translated lyrics. =] Help please?

Yes, I call it a blog, hehe ;)

Great that you’re interested in learning German :) You won’t regret it. It’s a fun language. Unfortunately I cannot recommend you any books cause I don’t know which books are available to you.

But recently someone asked whether I knew websites with free exercises/lessons etc and some readers where so kind to help. Check out their recommendations :)
