I studied English at school from 5th-13th grade. That means that I’ve been studying it for almost 20 years now. WOW! :D
But what has always been more important: I’ve always surrounded myself with English (and most of the time American English) by listening to music from English speaking countries, by watching movies and tv in the original language etc. I’ve also never been scared of speaking it.
Unfortunately I haven’t had the oppurtunity yet to actually live in an English speaking country or at least stay there for more than just a couple of weeks. This would have helped me a lot. :)
