I write because...I am considering getting a phrase I fell in love with a while ago tattooed next to some crows I got inked in Dresden. The phrase is from Rammstein's "Wo bist du" and it says, "Alle Uhren bleiben stehen." I've looked up the meaning, and it's generally translated as "All time have has stopped/remains [still?]." Would that be correct?
I wish to get the phrase in German, but I'd like to add "now."
...How would it read [in German] then?

Alle Uhren bleiben stehen. = All clocks (are) stand(ing) still. (probably in the sense of time stands still) You would like to add a “now” = jetzt? Ok:
Jetzt bleiben alle Uhren stehen. OR: Alle Uhren bleiben jetzt stehen.
