Hmmm…. I don’t think you can really generalize it, cause it depends on the student’s interests, age and personality of course. But I think it’s always cool to show things that you like, kinda like “I’m excited to show you ‘my’ USA” ;). So if you enjoy going to a certain type of restaurant, ice cream parlor or fast food chain - take him/her with you. Or if there’s an amusement park nearby (e.g. like a DisneyLand or Universal Studios) - that’s probably something interesting. Maybe your guest student loves nature - well, you have amazing landscapes in the US. Whatever you choose to do in the end - have fun, guys! :)
