I found this link for you. It’s like a dictionary for DDR dialect vocabulary - divided into different categories. My favourite category is “Worte, die im Wessiland anders lauteten oder die es gar nicht gab” (words that were different in Wessiland [meaning West Germany] or that didn’t exist there). On the left side you’ll see the “Ostbegriff” (East German term) and on the right side either the West German term or an explanation. :) Good luck on your test!
