@callmecaitlin Well, since the German language has 4 different cases (nominative, genitive, dativ, accusative) and adjusts e.g. nouns, articles, pronouns to them, you need to learn these different forms. The charts you currently have to learn deal with the German articles - the first with definite and the second with indefinite articles. Last week, someone posted a question about articles - so maybe my answer will help you, too.
