Currywurst. Plain, simple, yummy. A cut sausage (like Knackwurst) with a ketchup/curry type sauce and fries (Pommes). It was first invented in Berlin in 1949. Since then, it’s been one of the most popular snacks / fast food in Germany.

There are different types of Currywurst, the most famous ones are from Berlin and the Ruhrgebiet area.
