Traditioneller Bayrischer Wurstsalat
traditionell = traditional
bayrisch = Bavarian
die Wurst = sausage
der Salat = salad
(4 servings)
* 900 g ham sausage
* 1–2 big onions
* 10 tablespoons beef broth
* 3–5 tablespoons white wine vinager
* 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
* freshly ground white or black pepper, salt
* yellow mustard
* pickles
* Cut the sausage into slices.
* Prepare a salad dressing out of oil, mustard, vinager, salt and pepper.
* Mix the sausage with the dressing and marinade for about 1 hour
* Cut the onions and pickles and mix them with the sausage slices
Sides: fresh bread or pretzels (die Brezel)
